Step 2. The 3″ gold triangles are sewn to the sides of the pink four-patch units, not the 2-3/8″ gold triangles. All other parts of the step are correct and the cutting for the triangles is also correct.
The step should read:2. Referring to the diagrams on the next page, join 2 pink/green segments to make a 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ four-patch unit. Press seam open. Sew a 3″ gold triangle to 2 adjacent sides of the four-patch unit to make a 4-3/4″ x 4-3/4″ pink corner unit. Press seams toward the triangles. Repeat to make 4 pink corner units.
